Job Title: US Technical Recruiter Company: Infobahn Softworld Inc. Location: A-42/4, Priska Pride, Noida, Sector 62, Shift Hours: Night Shift (8:30 PM 5:30 AM) Duration Full Time/ Permanent No of Openings: 2 Job Responsibilities: · Minimum 2 years of working experience as US IT Recruiter is required. · Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. · Analyze the requirements to understand clients IT resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum turnaround time. · Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites. · Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements. Filling both technical and non-technical jobs. · Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. · Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively. · Keeping track of all candidates in the pipeline from application to job offer. Qualifications & Desired Skills: · The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills. · Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude. · Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment. · Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/ employment types, and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT, etc. · Bachelors Degree in IT is preferred however the combination of education and experience will also be considered. · Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment on direct client requirement. · Must have hands-on experience working with W-2 Contract jobs, C2H and Full Time positions. · Experience working with USC & GC candidates is required. · Goal-oriented; have a burning desire to be successful · Must have a demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines. · Prior experience working on job boards like: Dice.com, Monster.com, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc. Perks and Benefits: · 5 days working (sat & sun off). · Excellent Salary package best in the industry. · Medical Insurance Benefits. · Employee friendly Corporate Work culture. · Office Meals · PF and other statutory benefits of Private Limited Company.
