We're looking to hire an experienced Executive for the Ophthalmology division.
Ophthalmology Division
Designation- Executive
Department- Sales (MEDICAL EQUIPMENT SALES)
Timing- 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Jan-March 2nd and 4th Saturday Working) (April-Dec 1st Saturday's Working)
Address- Patna & Bhubaneshwar
Salary- Basis caliber and experience
Others- Insurance, Mediclaim, PF, Travel Allowance on actuals, and Performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Driving incremental revenue through successful sales activities
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical devices.
- Assess client needs and promote suitable products.
- Building relationships with internal & external customers.
- Educate Medical Staff on the benefits of medical devices.
- Visits within defined territory.
- Possess in depth knowledge of our medical devices and their applications.
- Maintain detail records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts
Qualification
- Masters/Bachelor degree in Optometry/Biomedical/Electronics/Pharmacy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ·
- Must be sales-driven and target-oriented who will develop the company’s sales in achieving targets and goals. ·
- 2-8 years of relevant exp in medical devices/healthcare industry.
