Job Title: Consulting Delivery Lead - Financial Markets (PGM)
Location: Mumbai/Pune Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consulting Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team in Mumbai/Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, particularly in Financial Markets, with experience in leading firms such as big 4 consulting companies, Genpact Headstrong, or similar. Alternatively, candidates with a background in Change Management Departments at Investment Banks are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Delivery Management: Oversee and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables. Account Management and Business Development: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for additional services. Actively contribute to business development efforts, including presales activities. Functional Architecture and Product Management: Serve as a functional architect, providing expert guidance on system architecture and design. Contribute to product management activities, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices. Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their objectives. Manage client expectations and satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. 15-20 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on Financial Markets. Proven experience in Delivery Management, Account Management, Business Development, and Presales. Strong background in functional architecture and product management. Experience in Change Management Departments at Investment Banks is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Job tags
