Role Description We are looking for an experienced and creative Chef to join our team full-time, on-site in Kozhikode. As a Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of all dishes on our menu. You will work closely with our team of kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and served in a timely manner. You will also help develop new menu items and train new kitchen staff as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef, with at least [5-10] years of experience in a similar role Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Creativity and a passion for developing new and exciting menu items Strong leadership and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills Bachelor's degree or higher in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred, but not required Application process If you think you're the right fit for this role, please submit your application, including a resume and cover letter.
