We are urgently looking for Front Desk Executive for a reputed Manufacturing company. Our client is manufacturing Welding consumable products.
Job Profile - Control of front office decorum, manage visitors, Handle incoming & outgoing calls on EPABX system, handle in & outgoing posts through courier – post, maintain inward outward register, Misc. data entry on MS office, maintain phone number directory, handle ticket booking – hotel booking for MD & other staff and assist MD for his various tasks. Job Location - Bodakdev, SG Highway (Rajpath Rangoli Road) Job Timing - 10 to 6.45 pm (2nd & 4th Saturdays are half day) Female preferredJob tags
