Role Description

This is a full-time Tele caller role located on-site in Mumbai. Tele callers at MakinGrad Overseas Education Consultants will be responsible for reaching out to students via phone to inform them about the company's services and help them understand the benefits of studying abroad. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate records and creating reports based on call activity.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Experience in a customer service or call center role
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or 12th pass.

Previous experience in education counseling or sales is a plus.
