Job description

- As BDM, as like to sit in our one of the partner bank like HDFC/Bandhan bank/Yes bank or may be RBL bank, it's depends on opening when you will be selected. they will allocate nearest two or three branch of partner bank.

- After that you get lead from the bank, where you sit. The lead is about walking customers, who coming for account opening and loan.

- So, you have to pitch the customer about policy to buy the best policy.

- And if you have any lead but customer is not comfortable to came at our branch than your work as visit the customer place and close this lead.
