Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires effective communication with customers through phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers
  • Ability to listen actively and respond to customer inquiries
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
