Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EDI – B2B Developer with expertise in Informatica Data Transformation (DT), Informatica Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), and Informatica Managed File Transfer (MFT) to join our team. The EDI – B2B Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions and Business-to-Business (B2B) integration processes using Informatica technologies.
EDI Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design EDI solutions using Informatica Data Transformation (DT), ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
B2B Integration Development: Develop and implement B2B integration processes and workflows using Informatica Managed File Transfer (MFT), facilitating secure and efficient data exchange between trading partners.
Data Transformation: Design and implement data transformation logic and mappings using Informatica Data Transformation (DT) to convert data between different formats and standards.
File Transfer Management: Configure and manage file transfer protocols, security settings, and scheduling options within Informatica Managed File Transfer (MFT) to ensure reliable and secure file transfers between internal systems and external partners.
Information Lifecycle Management: Implement data retention policies, archival strategies, and data lifecycle management processes using Informatica Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and business needs.
Performance Optimization: Optimize EDI processes, data transformations, file transfers, and data lifecycle management workflows to improve performance, scalability, and reliability of B2B integration systems.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5-7 years of hands-on experience in EDI B2B Development.
Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter and other Informatica tools for data integration, data quality, and metadata management.
Experience in developing and implementing data transformation logic, mappings, and workflows using Informatica Data Transformation (DT).
Familiarity with file transfer protocols, encryption algorithms, and security standards for secure data exchange using Informatica Managed File Transfer (MFT).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Will require late evening work to overlap US work hours.
