Job description
Job Title- Technical Writer or Senior Specialist- Architecture Job Description - 1) Tech documentation for Interfaces and Data Flows. 2) Collaborate with BA, Developers and OPS users and stakeholders to gather information and understand complex technical concepts. - Create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and release notes. 3) Update Citi Confluence for Citi Documentation. 4) Should be able to understand ASPEN APPLICATION FLOW. 5) Translate technical information into user-friendly documentation suitable for diverse audiences. 6) Ensure documentation complies with industry standards and best practices. 7) Update and revise existing documentation to reflect software changes and improvements. 8) Conduct thorough research to stay current with industry trends and updates. 9) Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers, BA and SME’s to gather information and validate documentation accuracy. 10) Participate in the review process, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to enhance documentation quality. 11) Continuously improve documentation processes and standards. 12) Must have techno functional knowledge to understand the flow. Role & Responsibilities 1) Proven experience as a technical writer in a technology-focused environment. 2) Strong writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail. 3) Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively. 4) Proficiency in using documentation tools and software like Confluence. 5) Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 6) Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams. 7) Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
