Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager- Extension services at Paras Nutritions Pvt Ltd in Moga. The General Manager- Extension Services will be responsible for scaling, professionalising and overseeing company’s extension services provided to the farmers. Qualifications BVsc/MVsc animal nutrition/veterinary Experience in managing/leading a team Expertise in farmer training and extension services Knowledge of animal feed and nutrition industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement strategies that align with company goals Proven track record of achieving business growth and increasing profitabilityJob tags
