Operation Executive

ESAVARI is looking for an experienced and motivated Operation Executive to join our team in Indore. The Operational Executive plays a critical role in coordinating with vendors, managing inventory stock levels, creating and maintaining purchase orders, reviewing and checking purchase requisitions, conducting regular supplier performance reviews, identifying and resolving operational issues, and ensuring all duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time onsite role.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain and Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, vendor management, or operation management.
• Strong knowledge and experience with purchasing and vendor management software systems.
• Ability to interpret financial reports, monitor expenses, and identify potential areas for cost reduction.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in Indore's local language and English, both verbal and written.
