Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Support Representative located in Bengaluru. The Call Center Support Representative will be responsible for addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues regarding hospital services, including billing, scheduling, and general questions. The representative will also maintain patient records and work with patients over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.

• Customer Service Representatives, Interpersonalw Skills, and Customer Support
• Customer Satisfaction
• Computer Literacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience working in a healthcare organization is a plus
