Your role:

1) Manage execution of field actions E2E and assures timely and proper field action execution
2)Ensures that filed action processes are adequate to ensure the expectations of all key stakeholders are met
3) Coordinates the different sub-system feeders to this process such as complaint handling, investigation team/committee, engineering change orders, kit suppliers, regulatory submission and field deployment
4) Coordinates recall responses, recall file documentation and recall file completion to assure Manage FCO success / timeliness / cost are met
5) Collaborates with Medical and Management representatives to assure all field action documentation is approved and documented in the QMS
6) Ensures alignment between risk assessment and other documentation related to field actions
7) Provides relevant feedback and insights from customers/filed to development/engineering teams to ensure learnings from previous issues
8) Communicates with leadership.

1. Experience- 8-12
2. Skills- C&R, Risk Management, Field Changing knowledge or experience, Project Management, CAPA and PMS experience.
3. Education- Any Engineering Degree
4. Anything else. Strong written/verbal communication - communication with Q&R / Business Leaders and strong understanding of medical device regulations and standards as well as strong attention to detail.
