About the role

The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for delivering implementation activities for Zellis customers on multiple aspects of their solutions or services implementation.

You'll be a subject matter expert in Zellis’ processes and solutions and must have excellent system configuration skills. You'll be responsible for working on all customer systems to implement, configure, migrate data, and test best practice use of Zellis’ suite of customer solutions. This role will work closely with the Zellis Customer Solutions Implementation Project team, in particular the Application Consultant, to support the achievement of the relevant delivery milestones on time, at the highest level of quality and on budget.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivery of Application Consultant implementation tasks for system configuration in line with project requirements and timelines. Completing testing of any deliverables or supporting activities assigned to you as part of the implementation plan, to the highest level of quality and in line with all acceptance criteria. Supporting the Project or Programme manager in facilitating the provision of software, infrastructure, and supporting tools to ensure all system configuration, data migration, and testing and system reporting requirements are delivered accurately and on time. Ensuring you maintain your personal development and continuous improvement in Zellis’ products and services, including best practice operating processes and industry and legislative changes. Identifying and driving opportunities for further improvements to current process and functionality. Producing documentation to support changes, such as to the onboarding portal or the blueprint documentation and Change Control Notifications (CCN) where customer sign off is required. Keeping abreast of current and upcoming functionality to assist on implementation of new / revised functionality. Participating in remediation work managed by the Customer Solutions team, including delivery to customer. Undertaking scheduled and adhoc system and reporting tasks as required by the Implementation team. Maintaining project documentation as required throughout duration of the project, or providing relevant information to Project Manager and Application Consultant for inclusion in project documentation (e.g. RAID log).

Skills and experience required

Proven experience of Payroll and HR systems, and broad experience working in the HR & Payroll software and/or outsourcing industry. Good knowledge of HCM solutions or other Payroll and HR systems, preferably with knowledge of system configuration. Excellent communication skills, particularly written and verbal in English. Excellent teamwork skills. Highly collaborative and yet self-sufficient. Self-motivated, proactive, accountable with continuous learning approach; willing to learn and understand evolving technologies. Ability to multitask in an ambiguous environment. A high level of attention to detail. Have a reputation for accuracy that reinforces the sense of urgency that must be conveyed. Subject matter expertise for Zellis’ solutions and services, with knowledge and best practice in standard processes and industry, legislative and multi-sector experience. Graduate / Postgraduate qualifications.
