Roles And Responsibilities : - Achieve branch targets through monthly initiative launches and drive - Identifying Recruiting potential Insurance Consultants or Advisors - Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity - Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. - Finding agents and offering ongoing instruction in the sales of insurance policies. - Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. - Finding agents and offering ongoing instruction in the sales of insurance policies. - Taking part in networking activities to attract and retain clients. - Assisting with campaigns for marketing and advertising.
