Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing and evaluating candidate skills, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the full recruitment cycle. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and talent acquisition skills
• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
• Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of local and national employment laws and regulations
