YOUR FUTURE TASKS
- On-schedule handling of import/export shipments, permit declaration and transport documentation worldwide
- Complete handling of B/L preparation and Docs issuing
- Corresponding with customers and vendors worldwide
- Handling of complete export documentation process
- Prepare Profit & Loss of job files for month-end-closing
- Maintaining good customer relationships incl problem solving
- Managing and implementing department goals and quality guidelines
- Attend to emails correspondence with customers and overseas agents
- Prepare billing invoice to customers and verify invoices from vendor
- Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by reporting supervisor
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Management/ Container Shipping Industry
- Familiar in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
- Knowledge of AMS / IFS filing, Export declarations, LC negotiation
- Experience in Cross-Border Logistics is of added advantage
- Good knowledge in MS Office suite
- Strong command in English and Mandarin
- Team player with proactive work attitude
