The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling platforms to meet growing demand and enhancing product offerings through innovative technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of the company's technology strategy to support its growth objectives. Oversee the company's technology infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. Drive innovation by staying abreast of technology trends and integrating cutting-edge solutions where beneficial. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Collaborate with other executive team members to align technology initiatives with business goals. Manage technology budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively to support strategic priorities. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technology leadership role, ideally within a SaaS environment. Demonstrated experience in scaling technology platforms and systems to support business growth. Strong background in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, with AWS Cloud Solution experience being a significant plus. Proven ability in building and leading engineering teams, hiring top talent, and fostering an innovative and productive work environment. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
