Job description

Job Title: Sales Manager - Banking Sector (Karnataka)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets within the banking sector.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and company policies.

- Provide regular performance reports and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.

- Graduation from a recognized university.

- Proven success in sales, preferably in the banking sector.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of Karnataka's banking and financial sector.

Compensation:

Competitive Salary: INR 3.75 to 4.5 LPA
