Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - Customer Care

Perform operational tasks within Customer Servicing area. Resolution of tasks accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target. Coordinating all required continuous improvement actions.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for the operational tasks of DP / DI / IE area for below set of tasks over chat/ email

• Monitor team members and able to provide guidance whenever needed
• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
• Build reports to update the company on the team's progress
• Rapport building with the internal & external stakeholder
• Deal with any issues that arise during shift promptly and professionally, seeking advice from the duty manager where necessary
• Ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered at all times
• Assist the Manager as and when necessary to make the business run effectively and efficiently
• Communicate clear instructions to team members
• Knowledge of how insurance processes (underwriting, claims, customer service) required, for example:

o Channel handling

o Customer enquiries

o Sales support

o New business

o Policy issuance

o Payment processing

o Policy amendments Refunds

o Renewals

o Cancellations

o Complaint handling

o Customer surveys (NPS)

o Sanctions screening

o Fraud management

o Resource demand planning

o Training

· Implement improvements to current processes

· Ensure efficient customer service processes

Language Support required

Good verbal and written communication skills – Primary language as English

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)
• Relevant experience in Team Handling/ people facing role. Proven track record for handling 15 to 20 resources and keeping an engaged workforce
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
• Proficient in English and Hindi (Read/Write/Speak)
• Customer Focus (experience in written communication to external end-customers in English via email and social media chat. Experience with claims management, trouble shooting, and exception handling will be an asset)

Preferred qualifications

• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate verbally and through emails/Phones with businesses
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal stakeholders
• Customer service orientation (previous experience in written communication with external end-customers regarding customer queries, trouble shooting, updates, product information, and exception handling)
