Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various roles within the company. The Recruiter will also be responsible for creating job descriptions, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Kannada is a plus
