Credo Planters is a manufacturer of designer fibreglass planters known for their modern aesthetic and durability. Our products are conceptualized by our lead industrial design experts, and are lightweight and almost unbreakable. We are located in Jaipur, with some flexibility for remote work.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team, creating and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing account management. The role will be located in Jaipur, but will allow for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience in account management and sales
• Team management and leadership abilities
• Experience in sales management and strategy creation
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or design industry is a plus
