Technical Architect
Adobe Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our top-notch team. Work with a top team on highly visible projects across industries and verticals and grow with a robust system of support and enablement.
What youu2019ll do:
u2022 Proactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by staying current on Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies and solutions through internally and externally available learning opportunities as well as self-study
u2022 Be a recognized expert in Adobe Experience Manager
u2022 Lead large, multi-solution consulting engagements with Adobe clients and partners
u2022 Leverage hands-on technical and product skills, as well as digital marketing business acumen, in designing the solution architecture, in partnership with one or more solution experts
u2022 Build trusted advisor relationships with our clients & partners
u2022 Lead multiple client engagements simultaneously
u2022 Take leadership during project discovery and delivery in collaboration with Delivery Managers and Project Managers
u2022 Effectively analyze complex project issues, develop solution options, and facilitate the presentation and review of the options and our recommendation with the clients
u2022 Work on own initiative without need for direction for most consulting activities
u2022 Develop and nurture technical expertise to confidently lead large teams of experts from Adobe or partner organizations
u2022 Participate within the Adobe technical community to develop and share best practices and processes
u2022 Provide thought leadership to the team and wider consulting community helping to set future strategic direction
u2022 Foster teamwork among consultants and cross functional teams
u2022 Experience and willingness to work onsite at the customers for significant amount of time.
What you need to succeed:
u2022 Technical consulting delivery experience
u2022 Experience working with content platforms
u2022 Good presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written in English
u2022 Strong team player and ability to create a sense of team with colleagues, partners and customers
u2022 Experience of whole project lifecycle. Able to estimate and execute tasks throughout the lifecycle including architecture, design, and development
u2022 Deep understanding of development in an Agile environment and ideally Scrum Master
u2022 Java and Web technology, preferably with implementation experience of AEM as a content management system
u2022 Understanding of architectural concepts including performance and capacity planning, network/infrastructure planning, security architecture, and systems integration
u2022 Able to articulate business solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
u2022 Adapt to and work effectively with a variety of clients and in challenging situations, establishing credibility and trust quickly
u2022 Able to work as the sole consultant in technical engagements
u2022 Disciplined and responsible professional u2013 needs to represent Adobe on customer projects and take ownership of solutions
u2022 Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple customers and/or engagements
u2022 Be experienced in delivering end to end enterprise software development projects
u2022 Be experienced in consulting with enterprise engagements and clients
u2022 Preferably a degree in Computer Science or Engineering
u2022 Willingness to travel 50% on average
