Responsibilities

- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Handle customer complaints, diagnose problems, and determine appropriate solutions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Patience and a positive, customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
