Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Operations professional at JPR Exports located in Madurai. The Export Operations professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Export Documentation, Customer Service, Import/Export Operations, Export, Import.

Qualifications

• Export Documentation, Import/Export Operations, Export, Import skills
• Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and resolve complaints
• Experience in coordinating and exporting commodities with compliance to international trade regulations.
• Proficient in relevant IT Applications like MS Office Suite, inventory/stock management software, and other relevant software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management or any other relevant field.
