Process Inbound outbound & Chat process

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming & Outbound phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer Support Executive Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Computer skills.
  • HS Passed
  • Language (Any two must Know)- English , Hindi , Assamees , Oriya and Bangoli
  • Fresher or Experience 06 month experience required in BPO industry.

Interview timing – 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM - Monday to Saturday
