Process Inbound outbound & Chat process
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Manage large amounts of incoming & Outbound phone calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer Support Executive Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Computer skills.
- HS Passed
- Language (Any two must Know)- English , Hindi , Assamees , Oriya and Bangoli
- Fresher or Experience 06 month experience required in BPO industry.
