The Apeejay Education Society, established by the leading Industrial House of Apeejay Stya in the year 1967, has built a rich heritage of nearly four and half decades in the field of quality education through a family of 29 institutions, i.e. 13 schools and 16 institutions of higher learning, in various states of the country, along with the Apeejay Stya University – India’s first Liberal Arts University focused on Technology & Research. Job Responsibilities: 1. Create a conducive environment for healthy growth of students. 2. Ensure effective implementation of Thematic Curriculum as per the mind-maps. 3. Planning activity calendar with variety of engaging and age appropriate scholastic and co scholastic activities for holistic growth of students. 4. Ensure that children are engaged in experiential, safe, and healthy educational activities in a stimulating environment. 5. Oversee the organisation of excursions, trips, camps, special assemblies, sports day, appreciation days, parents connect programmes and other celebrations held throughout the session. 6. Analyse progress of students to draw and plan strategies for further improvement and keeps a record of the same. 7. Organise orientation programmes for parents. 8. Promote the aims and values of the schools and brand building by ensuring effective communications with all stakeholders, staff, pupils, parents and the community. 9. Schedule and organise the effective Parent- Teacher meetings. 10. Conduct in service training programmes as appropriate in order to sustain continuous professional development. 11. Keep abreast of the changes in government policies for admission at the entry level.
