Job description
The main responsibility is to drive and support change and continuous improvement of the R2R operations in the Finance Operations team in terms of organization, processes, controls and supporting systems.
- Contribute to a continuous improvement and LEAN culture in the global accounting operations
- Support in defining and driving the mid-term and long-term strategic agenda for the global R2R accounting operations

Description
R2R Process Excellence role responsibilities:
RPA Processes
- Responsible for (functional) maintenance and improvements related to RPA used for Inter-company reconciliation, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations and Transfer Pricing
- Maintain functional scrips/templates and procedures related to the RPA tooling used within Finance Operations
- Initiate changes / improvements to RPA and work together with IM and RAC teams to implement required updates and changes
ServiceNow
- Responsible for (functional) maintenance and improvements related to ServiceNow used for Inter-company invoicing and Manual Journal Entries
- Maintain templates and procedures related to the ServiceNow tooling used within Finance Operations
Profile
Requirement for R2R Process Excellence position:
- Master-degree in Finance or equivalent work experience preferred
- Finance professional with preferably ~5-8 years of relevant and in-depth work experience in R2R (processes and systems) and capable of analyzing data and complex processes and issues
- Hands-on mentality related to financial systems (SAP), operational processes and eager to learn
- Preferably work-experience with RPA solutions / AI solutions
- Act as a respected, independent business partner to both internal and external customers
- Ability to work with different cultures and different management styles, and to influence people / teams from remote location
- Strong multi-task, ability to follow-through and attention to details
