Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the creation and development of digital marketing training programs and materials.
2. Conduct training sessions on various aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
3. Provide guidance and support to trainees, addressing questions and concerns during training sessions.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital marketing to enhance training content.
5. Collaborate with senior trainers and management to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
6. Assist in organizing and coordinating training events, workshops, and seminars.
7. Contribute to the development of training assessments and evaluations to measure the success of the training programs.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience or strong knowledge in digital marketing practices.
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
4. Passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic training environment.
6. Previous experience in conducting training sessions or workshops is a plus.
7. Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is desirable.
