HR Recruiter
(Recruitment Specialist)
Location : Noida Sector-3
Salary Range : Upto 25K + Incentives (4% on monthly CTC of the hired resource)
Requirements :-
- Any Graduate with min. 1 year experience in IT & Non-IT Recruitment
- Good communication skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of Recruitment field
Responsibilities:
- Posting Jobs on both free and paid Job portals
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, head hunting, references, etc.
- Screening resumes; Aligning for interviews; and Coordinating with the candidates.
- Conducting basic interview round and filtering the candidates for next round of interviews.
- Taking feedback from Interviewers and
- Perform salary negotiation, employment check and offer generation activities.
- Handling the End-to-End Cycle of Recruitment
- Assessing human resource requirements in consultation with Team Leaders conducting selection interviews and induction programs.
- Assist in HR and Admin Operations, Payroll Management andEmployee Relation activities.
