We provide an integrated approach to client servicing in order to meet the client's full range of investment and servicing needs. Each new client is assigned to a Client Service team which consists of a Client Advisor, Client Account Manager, Portfolio Manager and Investment Specialist.
As an Associate in Client Onboarding team, you will be responsible for delivering Fund and Client mandate implementation across region which includes account record creation and maintenance for various products/instruments to facilitate trading operations. This is a key role wherein daily interaction with representatives from various functions of the business and external parties. This role also includes the implementation of new business opportunities and mandatory requirements through regulatory changes.
Job Responsibilities - Work closely with the Client onboarding Managers for new account launches which includes clients and funds mandates.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders & external market participants.
- Co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors (custodians/ transfer agents) with required documentations for the mandate setups.
- Work in partnership with Client Account Managers to respond to queries.
- Maintain account data & investment guidelines as well as manage projects & automations initiatives.
- Manage internal /external audit requests as part of control agenda.
- Ensure all standard operating procedure and inline and up to date with business functions. You will be responsible to manage the MIS reports for management as part of Governance agenda and reporting as per business requirement.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills - Post Graduate, MBA with 5 years of experience in Financial Services industry or Graduate with 8 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills, Project Management experience, Stakeholder management, Should be able to manage & perform on KPI/KRI, Internal/External Audits, RCA, Application Testing etc,
- Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail, Awareness of business risk and Regulatory compliance procedures
- Ability to manage competing priorities, including immediate, short-term, should be able to works with stakeholders to clarify and articulate key requirements
- Quick in response for client requests/emails etc, ability to work under pressure, and with flexibility to meet tight deadlines
- Should carry Strong work ethic and positive attitude and Ability to influence change amongst Team
- Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Fair understanding of Investment Banking/Asset Management Industry. Ability to identify process improvements to gain efficiency and implement appropriate changes as per the business need
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills - Alteryx/ Xceptor, Python, UI Path
- Understanding of the asset management business, Funds, Alternatives asset class & investment products is desirable
- Ability to quickly gain broad knowledge of the range of assigned JP Morgan Asset Management investment products, in order to succeed in the role
