Job description
The Senior Analyst -Risk & Analytics will be responsible for supporting the company s global Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit programs, helping to operationalize the risk management framework and embedding it into day-to-day business operations. This position will work closely with the Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit teams in identifying, assessing and responding to financial, operational, technology, strategic and compliance risks. Your work will be critical to maturing our risk management processes and strengthening our internal control environment. Responsibilities:
1.Risk Analytics and Reporting
a.Collect , analyze and interpret risk data to identify emerging trends, areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
b.Prepare reports and presentations on risk-related findings and present them to key stakeholders and senior management.
2.Risk Leadership Support
a.Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews in coordination with risk leaders to ensure consistency and alignment with overall risk management framework.
b.Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
3.Internal Audit Support
a.Assist Internal Audit Planning with rich data risk insights and reporting
b.Collaborate with Internal Audit team execution of planned audits to enable deeper insights into risks identified and mitigation trending.
4.Ownership of Risk Tools
a.Manage and maintain risk management tools and software.
b.Ensure accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data within risk tools and systems.
c.Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements for risk metric gathering.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business administration, finance, risk management or related field
Strong interest and some relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, visualizations, etc.
3+ years of professional experience in risk management or related fields preferred
Basic understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and best practices
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
