Job description
Associate Director - Ads Marketing
Define digital marketing strategy for new businesses managing launches, campaigns, leveraging PR & own media with the central marketing team ● Define positioning & architecture for ‘Flipkart Ads’ as a brand and related sub-brands ● Lead content strategy, communication and brand building for Flipkart Ads ● Owning content strategy and Content creation (videos, white papers, case studies, pitch decks, emailers, Social posts) ● Owning marketing budget. Planning & Execution of marketing strategy for brand/seller adoption and engagement on Flipkart Ads ● Execution of all marketing activities planned across all internal marketing tools to reach out to brand managers & digital marketing agencies across the country ● Handling the creative agency relationship for Ads business ● Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels and optimizing it to get desired results on key metrics like engagement ● Work closely with Product Managers to design proposition and GTM for new releases, solicit feedback on products and services ● All research and NPS Survey roll outs while collaborating with the central research team and share insights to stakeholders ● Team Management
● MBA from Tier 1 institute
● Experience of 10 to 15 years in these areas – online advertising/ digital marketing/content creation\
● Experience in B2B marketing will be a plus ● Decent Microsoft Excel Skills with ability to work with pivots ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Good stakeholder management skills ● Strong display of Flipkart values and ethos, high level of interest in learning new things ● Strong communication, interpersonal skills, strong problem solving & Prioritization skills with an eye for detail
