Job Overview:
We're seeking a seasoned Partnerships Lead with 5-8 years of sales experience to drive revenue through strategic brand collaborations.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: • Identify and target potential brands.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
2. Partnership Management: • Cultivate relationships with brands and agencies.
• Negotiate partnership terms and agreements.
3. Market Analysis • Stay informed about industry trends.
• Provide market insights to inform decisions.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with operations for seamless execution.
• Provide feedback to the product team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5-8 years of sales experience in influencer marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
