For brands, Big Bang Social is a data-driven strategic advisory for content marketing and social storytelling. We provide branded content, celebrity campaigns, equity and licensing-led partnerships, influencer marketing, and community management. For creators, Big Bang Social is a platform to connect, collaborate, and unlock brand opportunities. The community actively helps creators learn, grow, and

accelerate their journey in addition to providing management as a service and access to a network of brands. Big Bang Social brings together the creator, the community, and the brand to create content, which is local, relatable, and infused with pop culture!

Job Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned Partnerships Lead with 5-8 years of sales experience to drive revenue through strategic brand collaborations.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: • Identify and target potential brands.

• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.

2. Partnership Management: • Cultivate relationships with brands and agencies.

• Negotiate partnership terms and agreements.

3. Market Analysis • Stay informed about industry trends.

• Provide market insights to inform decisions.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with operations for seamless execution.

• Provide feedback to the product team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 5-8 years of sales experience in influencer marketing.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
