Requirements -- Minimum 2+ years of experience of Recruitment sales experience, generating new clients, leads.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques, tools, and channels to convert leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to inform decision-making.
- Experience in the Start Up and Recruitment industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
