Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Raipur. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue by developing and implementing key sales and marketing initiatives. They will also be responsible for customer service and training, as well as sales management, including sales forecasting and pipeline management. The sales and marketing specialist will work closely with the team located in New Delhi to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Customer service skills to manage customer inquiries and complaints
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a proven track record in achieving revenue targets
• Training skills to train team members and customers on product and service usage
• Strong sales management skills with an ability to manage a sales team and pipeline
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in the weighing systems industry or relevant technology solutions is a plus
• Fluency in regional language is preferred
