Location -Mumbai
This role focuses on Planning, budgeting, business performance management including Reporting framework, MIS, Strategy, Project Management, Expense Management, Competitor Benchmarking, Business Analysis and supporting the senior Management in decision making. Preferred Industry Any other Consumer Business

Areas Details
Formulation and Monitoring of Annual Operating Plan
- Liaise with Functional Heads / CXOs across and corporate functions to formulate the business plan during Plan cycle & ensure they are aligned to the Organizational Goals
- Negotiate and build consensus with Channel to ensure budgets are in line with company objectives
- Facilitate building a robust Financial Model to rollup Consolidated Plan
- Define matrices to measure performance on such initiatives towards achievement of Goals
- Track rigorously the above on an on-going basis, highlight deviations and work jointly for achieving desired objectives
- Finalizing sensitivities and what-if analysis for top management decisions and provide expense loading and business projections by collaboratively working with the actuarial and product team for pricing
Ensure timely reporting, data integrity, implement automation tools and training the team
- Ensure timely delivery of management reporting packs to shareholders and Top management as per defined timelines.
- Review processes to ensure data integrity & accuracy of financial, cost & management accounting & reporting.
- Plan and implement required automation tools including Business Intelligence tools, Macros, MS Access
- Training the team on BI tools, reports automation and key business definition
Support finance initiatives and drive cross-functional projects
- Support the corporate finance initiatives including solvency and capital infusion, alternate capital, capital optimization
- Analyze and review the projected consolidated and individual financial Statements including Profit and Loss Statement with Balance Sheet
- Drive outlier management for analytics around productive, activity work with respective stakeholders on timely intervention to manage outliers
