Salesperson

This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role. The Salesperson will be responsible for visiting residential and commercial areas to acquire new clients, providing quotes, and negotiating contracts. The Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs, and upselling services.

• Sales skills, including negotiating and closing deals
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Basic understanding of waste management
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
