Responsibilities 1.

Prospecting and Lead Generation

Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities. 2.

Product Knowledge

Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. 4.

Sales Presentations

Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of the products or services. Tailor presentations to address client-specific needs. 5.

Negotiation and Closing

Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients. Overcome objections and address concerns to secure agreements. 6.

Quota Achievement

Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager or company leadership. 7.

Pipeline Management

Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline. Track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. 8.

Market Intelligence

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams. 9.

Collaboration

Collaborate with other sales team members, marketing professionals, and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction and business growth. 10. Follow-Up

Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 11. Continuous Learning

Stay updated on product knowledge, industry best practices, and sales techniques through continuous learning and professional development.
