The company offers permanent staffing and manpower outsourcing services in various sectors, such as retails, steel, power plants, mines, oil & gas, power distribution, automobile, water treatment/distribution, construction/infrastructure, telecom, consumer durable, FMCG, healthcare/medical/R&D, industrial products/heavy machinery, manufacturing, logistics/supply chain, hotels, packaging industry, KPO/BPO/RPO, IT, and non-IT. The services are customized according to the corporate requirements.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The role involves regular travel.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Experience in the staffing and outsourcing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
