Tech Lead (Salesforce Solutions)
A leading IT company is looking for a tech lead who can design, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions for various clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that meet requirements and expectations.
- Architect and implement Salesforce solutions using best practices and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team and ensure adherence to coding standards, quality processes, and documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage the development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and support of Salesforce solutions.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in the Salesforce ecosystem and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor-s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- At least (4-6), (6-8), (8-10) years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integrations.
- At least 4 years of experience in leading and managing Salesforce projects and teams.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, and preferably Certified Salesforce Technical Architect or Application Architect.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
