Job description
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives.
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for gold loan and investment products.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, distributors, and financial institutions.
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in gold loans or investments.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Deep understanding of the gold and investment market in India.
Educational qualification: Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
