Designation : Marketing Senior Manager
Location : Noida Experience : 4-5 Years Industry : Distribution/Manufacturing (Not Mandatory) Job Overview : - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in the distribution or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing with a focus on LinkedIn management, event coordination, website content development, and other related tasks. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving impactful marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities : LinkedIn Management : - Develop and implement a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy to increase brand presence and engagement. - Create and curate compelling content, including articles, posts, and multimedia, to showcase the company's expertise and thought leadership. - Regularly monitor and analyze LinkedIn metrics to refine strategies and optimize performance. Event Coordination : - Plan, organize, and execute both virtual and physical events, such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event logistics and coordination. - Develop pre and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize attendance and post-event engagement. Website Content Development : - Manage and update website content to ensure it aligns with the overall marketing strategy. - Create engaging and informative content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and landing pages. - Implement SEO best practices to enhance the website's visibility and search engine rankings. Marketing Collateral Creation : - Design and create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies. - Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to maintain a consistent brand identity across all materials. Data Analysis and Reporting : - Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continually improve marketing strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration : - Work closely with sales, product management, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. - Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed for marketing projects. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on LinkedIn management, event coordination, and website content development. - Strong understanding of the distribution or manufacturing industry. - Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems. - Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas. - Strong project management and organizational skills.Job tags
