Job Responsibilities EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 4 years
- Assist with various employee benefits programs, such as group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance and 401(k).
- Administer additional employee benefits, such as fertility reimbursement, additional life insurance, mental health, and wellness benefits.
- Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrollment system.
- Audit benefit deductions within system for accuracy.
- Assist employees with health, dental, life and other related benefit claims.
- Process additional benefit invoices for Life Insurance, Long Term Care and others as needed.
- Resolve administrative problems with the carrier representatives.
- Assist AVP, Payroll and Benefits in obtaining statistics and information in renewal process of any health, life and retirement plans that benefit the company.
- Prepare and set up meetings designed to help employees obtain information and understand company benefits and other related incentive programs.
- Ensure distribution of required employee notices.
- Leave of Absence backup.
- Assist with Annual Benefits Enrollment.
- Completion of ACA Reporting.
- Assist AVP, Payroll and Benefits in completing benefits reporting requirements.
- Assist Payroll team as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required DESIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Two years of experience in employee benefits administration.
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
