Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Shelter Pharma Ltd. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets within the assigned region. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
Qualifications And Skills - 1-3 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Roles And Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and increase market share
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support
- Identify key market trends and opportunities for business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Conduct market analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales initiatives
- Monitor competitor activity and propose necessary actions to stay ahead in the market
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to the management
- Stay updated with industry developments and participate in conferences and trade shows
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
