Role Description - Cafe Manager This role is for our new brand BAM hotels in Goa Managing Day-to-Day Operations· Leading Food and Beverage Team· Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service· Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities· Vendor Management· Inventory Management· Ensure that the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, maintenance and safety are practiced.· Ensure strict compliance of the brand SOPs. Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hotels/restaurant. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions and staff management. Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and profit optimization. Creativity and innovation in menu development and customer engagement strategies. Proficiency in using technology for inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and reporting. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices. Time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Job tags
