Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time GeM Tender Executive based in Delhi, India, to oversee Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tenders. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate representation of Exolar Energy's services and products throughout the tendering process. Building and nurturing relationships with GeM officials, and timely submission of tender documents aligned with requisite standards, are key responsibilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or relevant disciplines.
Proven experience in government tendering, with a focus on GeM tendering, encompassing preparation, submission, and post-tender activities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying intricate technical and legal details to diverse stakeholders concisely.
Proficient organizational and time-management capabilities, adept at managing multiple tenders under stringent deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, capable of scrutinizing tenders and associated documents for completeness and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with solar energy products and services is advantageous, although not mandatory.
