Role Description
The Retail Sales & Store Management Executive it will be a full-time on-site role located at Bandra West, Mumbai. You will be responsible for managing the retail and boutique operations of Flourish, driving sales growth, overseeing inventory management, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a key member of the retail team, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching the retail teams and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. You will also work with the design team and the marketing team to execute campaigns, including special promotions and events.
