About the role We are looking for expert knowledge to deliver a number of use cases across Corporate finance within Finance Systems. As we look at implementing our future deliverables for Corporate Finance this Product Expert Role is to help deliver BW-IP changes to Finance Systems Portfolio. We seek a team of experienced and talented individuals to help shape the future of the Enterprise Applications and deliver its strategy. The position is part of Haleon’s CTO organization within our Enterprise Applications function and reports into respective Director in Finance Systems. The Product Expert Role is an Individual Contributor (IC) and has expertise of in-depth technical knowledge of SAP BW-IP and products developed using BW-IP for Healthcare or Consumer Goods industries. Role Responsibilities Experience in developing, configuring, and deploying complex BW-IP problem statements, including solution build, configuration, testing and delivery to meet business requirements. Works with ever demanding business within Corporate Finance and deliver SAP changes for BW-IP Contributes to their team or domain meeting goals through successfully leading and consistently delivering on projects of highly ambiguous scope, high complexity, and critical business impact. Impact assesses any cross-product initiatives and build relationships within CTO to help manage the demand. Basic Qualifications: 10+ Experience of SAP Business Warehouse (SAP-BW-IP) and SAP Business Object Suite (SAP-BO) including Lumira and Analysis for office and SAC in Technical as well as Functional space . Strong SAP BI experience across Corporate & Operational Finance, Commercial & Procurement functional areas Practical experience of global enterprise BI design and SAP BI solutions, ideally in a large global organisation Experience in multiple end-to-end implementation project lifecycles in the areas of FP&A , SIERA , PMAR ,ePL & Tax Data Intelligence ( SAP HANA Rules Framework). Excellent relationship management, strong influencing and communication skills including cross-cultural working.Understanding of agile software development, experience in Scrum, SAFe & Kanban desirable. Solid SAP BW-IP experience in planning functions , planning modeler and expert in financial planning solutions
and ABAP Proven ability to engage with business process owners to understand the business needs and priorities, lead requirement gathering and analysis, and design solutions leveraging appropriate tools and platforms Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects, solution build, configuration and delivery to meet business requirements. Expert hands on experience in developing SAP solutions using configuration in BW-IP modules Demonstrated breadth of knowledge and solution delivery experience across the end-to-end financial process and its integration points with other processes (Supply chain , ERP , BI and SAC), acquired through multiple hands-on roles in global SAP implementations Knowledge and understanding of local legal and fiscal requirements and their implications on ERP Knowledge of external and internal best practices relevant to aligned process area Strong interpersonal skills. Capable of working effectively in large, complex cross functional teams, capable of building relationships across different stakeholders and functional groups Solution oriented and problem solving Dynamic, flexible, team player and result driven Flexibility to work across different time-zones Preferred Qualifications: Experience on BW-IP Experience in working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and waterfall delivery models Experience in Financial planning Experience in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG commercial and manufacturing environment Experience in a regulated environment is a plus Prior experience with emerging technologies including ML, AI, IoT and Blockchain is a plus Experience with SAP Solution Manager Certification in SAP HANA, S/4 HANA is a plus Experience with SAP Solution Manager Certification in SAP Financials, S/4 HANA is a plus Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Care to join us.
